ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಗುಣ ಹೇತು ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ಲಕ್ಷಣದಿಂ- ॥
ದಂಕಿತಂಗಳು ಪದಪದಾರ್ಥ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳು ।
ಅಂಕೆ ಮೀರ್ದುದು ಸತ್ತ್ವ - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೮೯೫ ॥
ಈ ಲೋಕದ ಜೀವನ, ಸಂಕೇತ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದೆ.
ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ,ಗುಣ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳಿಂದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳ ಗುರುತು ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
ಆದರೆ ಇವುಗಳೆಲ್ಲಕ್ಕೂ ಆಧಾರವಾದ ಆ ಪರತತ್ವ, ಈ ಎಲ್ಲದರಿಂದ ಅತೀತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ, ಎಂದು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಈ ಮುಕ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
